摘要
利用在乙酸缓冲溶液中铁、钴、镍与 1 -亚硝基 - 2 -萘酚 - 3,6-二磺酸钠 (NRS)生成有色配合物的反应 ,结合在两次标准加入法原理的基础上 ,提出了三组分同时测定的三次标准加入法 ,并应用于铁、钴、镍的同时测定。为消除组分间协同效应所引起的吸光度加合性的偏离 ,定义了三组分协同效应系数 ,并将其引入三组分同时测定方法 ,补偿吸光度对线性的偏离 ;补偿后铁、钴、镍的测定线性范围分别为 0 .0 3~ 3.50 ,0 .0 5~ 3.50 ,0 .0 2 5~ 4.50 mg·L-1。测定了锌铝合金及模拟样品中铁、钴。
The standard addition method is proposed as a modification in the simultaneous photometric determination of iron, cobalt and nickel with nitroso R salt as color reagent. The color reaction is carried out in an acetat buffer medium of pH 5.5. A synergetic coefficient is introduced to correct the deviation of additivity of absorbance. According to the modifications made in the proposed method, the linear concentration ranges for iron, cobalt and nickel are found to be 0.03~3.50mg·L -1 , 0.05~3.50mg·L -1 and 0.025~4.50mg·L -1 respectively. The present method has been applied to the analysis of some aluminium alloys.
