摘要
以对苯二甲酸、反丁烯二酸、乙二醇和1,4-丁二醇为主要原料,合成了4种结晶不饱和聚酯,采用偏光显微镜、X射线衍射仪对产物进行了表征,测试了其复合材料的热力学性能和电性能,并与国内外同类产品进行对比。结果表明,当n(对苯二甲酸)∶n(反丁烯二酸)∶n(乙二醇)∶n(1,4-丁二醇)=1.3∶1∶0.69∶1.61时,聚酯结晶性能较好,软化点适宜(101~106℃),解决了聚酯常温存储易结块,操作易粘手的问题。复合材料的冲击强度和弯曲强度分别为6.61 kJ/m2和97.62 MPa,热变形温度为226℃,满足电工模塑料制品性能要求,达到国外同类产品水平。
The four crystalline unsaturated polyesters were synthesized using terephthalic acid, fumaric acid, ethylene glycol and 1, 4 - Butanediol as main materials. The products were characterized by polarizing microscope ( POM), X -ray diffraction(XRD) and the thermal -mechanical properties and electrical properties of the composites were test- ed. The results showed that the best molar ratio of materials were as followed : n ( terephthalie acid) : n ( fumarie acid) : n(ethylene glycol) : n( 1, 4 - Butanediol) = 1.3: 1: 0. 69:1.61 and the product had good crystalline perform- ance. The softening point of the product was suitable ( 101 - 106 ℃ ) which solved the problem that unsaturated polyes- ter was easy to agglomerate and sticky at normal temperature. The impact strength, flexural strength and heat distor- tion temperature was 6. 61 kJ/m2, 97. 62 MPa and 226 ℃ , respectively and met the property requirements of the e- lectrical moulding compound and achieved the level of foreign similar products.
