摘要
泊位—岸桥分配直接影响着港口船舶的进港靠泊时间和作业效率.为制定合理的集装箱码头泊位—岸桥分配计划,建立了以最小化船舶在港时间和码头运营成本的多目标混合整数非线性规划模型,并用Gurobi软件进行求解,计算结果表明,用多目标优化求解比用单目标优化求解更符合码头实际运营情况.
Berth allocation and quay crane assignment has an important effect on making harbor of' the vessels. In order to solve the berth allocation and quay crane assignment problem in the container terminal, this paper es- tablished a multi-objective mixed-integer nonlinear programming model with the stay time of ships and the pro- ductive cost considered simultaneously. From the result obtained by Gurobi, we can find that the multi-objective method is much better than the single-objective method.
