参芎葡萄糖注射液辅助治疗急性重症胰腺炎疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液辅助治疗急性重症胰腺炎的疗效。方法将急性重症胰腺炎患者分为两组,均予常规治疗,在此基础上治疗组加用参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗,观察两组腹痛缓解时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间和住院时间。结果治疗组临床症状及腹部体征改善时间、治疗有效率、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间及住院时间方面均优于对照组。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效明显。 0bjective To explore the therapeutical effect of Salivae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection on severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods Patients with SAP were divided into 2 groups.Both the two groups were given normal treatment.Patients in therapy group were added with Salivae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection.The time of Clinical symptoms and abdomen signs release,effective rate,the time of amylase in blood to revert and the time of staying in hospital in the two groups were compared with each other.Results Comparing with the contrast group,the therapeutic effect of SAP in therapy group was better in the time of Clinical symptoms and abdomen signs release,effective rate,the time of amylase in blood to revert and the time of staying in hospital.Conclusion Salivae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection has a obvious therapeutic effect on SAP.
