水利基础地理信息服务平台的数据组织与维护

The organization and maintenance of the data of water infrastructure geographic information service platform

随着测绘地理信息"3+1"工程的建设和完善,第一次水利普查的完成,为建立科学高效的水利管理模式,建设专业化的水利基础地理信息服务平台更显迫切。但长期以来缺少行业协调和沟通,各行业建立的地理信息平台技术性矛盾突出,导致行业协调管理困难、数据平台使用乏力等问题。笔者结合水利测绘信息的特点,从部门数据管理协调、数据组织模式、数据更新维护等方面,阐述了建设水利基础地理信息平台的一些新思路。

With the construction and improvement of the mapping geographic information project of ＂3 ＋1＂,the completion of the first water census is more urgent for establishment of scientific and efficient water management model,especially the construction of water conservancy in geographic information service platform.For a long time the lack of coordination and communication industry,the industry’s geographic information platform to establish a technical contradiction,it lead industry coordination and management difficulties,fatigue and other problems with the data platform.Combined with the characteristics of water conservancy mapping information from departmental data management coordination,data organization,data updating and maintenance,etc.,It expounds new ideas to establish water infrastructure geographic information platform.
