摘要
结合近几年在部分欠发达国家的工程案例,全面回顾了以往国外项目在坐标系统及平面控制测量中存在的问题,针对性提出了在困难情况下建立平面控制网的方法及国际相关技术进展,最后详细对相关技术环节进行了较深入的探讨,旨在为工程设计和工程测量的技术人员提供参考和借鉴。
Combining with some projects implemented in less developed countries, this paper summarizes difficulties and problems in the coordinate system and horizontal control survey implemented in other countries, proposes the method for establishing the horizontal control network and international technological advancement, and probes into relevant technology, aiming at serving as reference for the engineering design and survey.
