摘要 采用最优线性无偏估计(Best Linear Unbiased Prediction,BLUP)方法对甘蔗亲本的单性状育种值进行估计,目的在于为亲本的正确选择与科学组配提供重要的理论基础。对2010年YT系列的4个母性亲本21个杂交组合的实生苗后代单丛产量的单性状育种值进行计算,结果发现,4个母本的优劣顺序为YT00-236>YT01-125>YT00-319>YT83-257,而3个区组效应差异不大。建议结合甘蔗生产实际,进一步探索适宜的亲本评价与选择方法。 Single trait model of Best Linear Unbiased Prediction (BLUP) method was used in this study to predict the breeding value of sugarcane parents, in order to provide important basis for selection and coordination of hybrid parents of sugarcane. The breeding value of 4 sugarcane female parents of YT series for the weight per plant of their seedlings in 21 hybrid combinations was calculated with the data of sugarcane seedlings trail in 2010. The results showed that the breeding value of YT00-236 was the highest, YTOl-125 was the second, YT00-319 was the third, and YT83-257 was the lowest; However, there was no obvious difference among the three district effection. What's more, it was suggested that further studies should be considered for the proper methods of estimation and selection according to the objective reality.
