摘要
目的 :探讨等长收缩运动 (IE)时心血管反应与肌群质量的关系。方法 :成年健康杂种犬 2 0只 (雌 8只 ,雄 12只 ,11± 1 8公斤 )。浅麻醉下以感应电刺激腓肠肌产生最大IE ,在安静、单侧IE(SIE)、恢复 5、10、2 0分钟、双侧IE(DIE)、恢复 5、10、2 0分钟时采用心导管测定心率、血压、以及各项血液动力学指标。结果 :(1)SIE与DIE时心率、收缩压、舒张压、肺动脉收缩压、心输出量及总血管阻力明显增加 (p <0 0 1) ;每搏量均明显下降 (p <0 0 1) ;肺毛压、肺动脉舒张压、左右心室作功、肺血管阻力和总外周阻力无显著变化 (p >0 0 5 )。 (2 )SIE与DIE相比 ,心血管反应的净增量无显著差异 (p >0 0 5 )。结论、排除大脑皮层命令后 ,单纯肌肉等长收缩引起的心血管反应与运动肌群质量无关。
Objective To study the relationship of cardiovascular responses and muscle mass in faradism induced isometric exercise (IE).MethodsMaximal IE in the single calf(SIE) and dual calfs(DIE) induced by faradism stimulation under anesthesia were performed in twenty adulf healthy dogs(12 males,8 females,11±1.8kg).Hemodynamic parameters were measured at rest,SIE and 5,10 and 20 min after SIE,and DIE and 5,10 and 20 min after DIE.Results 1.During SIE and DIE,heart rate,systolic and diastolic blood pressure,pulmonary artery systolic pressure,cardiac output and systemic vascular resistance increased (p<0 01);stroke volume reduced (p<0 01);pulmonary capillary wedge pressure and other parameters remained unchange (P>0 05).2.The differences between SIE and DIE in the net increase of all hemodynamics were all insignificant (p>0 05).Conclusion Muscle mass does not affect cardiovascular responses during pure IE without cerebral cortex involved.
