摘要
目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期治疗效果的影响。方法选择2009年1月-2011年1月我科接收的30例糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者,随机分为干预组(15例)和对照组(15例)。对照组采用常规护理模式,干预组在常规护理基础上加用护理干预措施,进行效果评价。结果干预组的各项生化指标均显著优于对照组。结论护理干预可提高糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期的疗效,延缓肾病的进展。
Objective To probe into the influence of nursing intervention on curative effect in diabetic nephropathy phaseⅣ.Method 30cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy phaseⅣtreated in our department from January,2009to January,2011were randomly divided into intervention group（15cases）and control group（15cases）.Patients in the intervention group were given routine nursing while patients in the control group were given nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,and the effects were evaluated.Results Each biochemical index in the intervention group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the curative effect in diabetic nephropathy phaseⅣand retard the progression of nephropathy.
