摘要
在对中药方剂中药物作用之"非线性"与其"整体不等于部分之和"等复杂性科学特点进行分析讨论的基础上,论述了中药方剂研究应该转变科学观念,以复杂性科学理论为指导;重视整体作用特点,在处方关系中研究药物;"初始条件"不容忽视,在应用中研究方剂;"动态性变化"不可或缺,在实际中研究方剂;物质与关系相结合,促进方剂创新。
Based on analysis on complexity science characteristics of TCM formula, such as nonlinear and that the whole is unequal to the sum of the parts, it was discussed that it should be to shifted scientific concept for the studies of TCM formula and guided by complexity science; and to pay attention to the overall characteristics of the role, " Initial conditions" / Treatment based on Zheng differentiation and dynamic to study the medicines and the formula in the relationship, in the application and in practice; the material and the relationship of combining innovation, promote the formula.
