摘要
水基高速开关阀在启闭过程中,阀芯锥颈处易于磨损导致其密封性能降低。采用工程陶瓷阀芯,设计电磁锥阀式阀芯结构,并应用Ansys软件对水基高速开关阀陶瓷阀芯的开启特性进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:所设计的阀芯具有优异的密封性能,阀芯锥颈处虽有应力集中,但锥颈变形不大,阀芯表面变形也较小;阀芯锥部应力分布比较均匀,能起到缓冲减震作用,提高了摩擦副对偶件之间的耐磨性。
The cone neck of the valve core is easy to be wore in the process of opening and closing of waterbased high speed onoff valve, which reduce the sealing property of valve core. Electromagnetic valve core structure was designed using engineering ceramics, and the opening characteristics of the ceramic valve core of waterbased highspeed onoff valve were analyzed using Ansys software. The simulation results show that the designed valve core has excellent sealing property, and the valve core surface and the cone neck have a small deformation, although the cone neck has stress concentration. The valve cone stress distribution is more uniform,it plays a buffer role and can improve the antiwear of friction parts.
