摘要
对庆阳周边的传统农作物—糜子的主要营养成分进行粗提取和含量的测定.对5个品种糜子籽粒品质中的蛋白质、脂肪以及总淀粉的含量进行分析和讨论,经过试验分析,测得庆阳周边的糜子籽粒中蛋白质平均含量约5.91%,脂肪平均含量为2.44%,淀粉平均含量是58.86%.基本明确了庆阳周边主要糜子种植品种的籽粒品质状况,以及不同品种之间的品质差异,为该地区糜子深加工技术开发研究奠定了一定的基础.
The basic quality of millet, the main traditional crop of Qingyang district in Gansu province, has been analyzed by rough nutrients extraction and content determination. The results of the analysis show that the protein average content is 5.91 %, the fat average content is 2.44%, and the starch average content is 58.86%. Finally, the kernel quality of millet was studied. It is made clear that quality differs greatly between varieties. The study is greatly contributed to the research and deep exploring about millet in the area.
