Study on HZD-1 liquid polybutadiene spot-welding sealant

由液体聚丁二烯 (LPB聚合物 )为基础原料并利用专门的制备工艺 ,研制出膨胀型及非膨胀型 2类点焊密封剂HZD -1。该密封剂制备工艺及设备简单 ,节省能源 ,产品具有良好的涂敷工艺性且不含有机溶剂 ,满足了汽车点焊密封的要求。

HZD-1 spot welding sealant based on liquid polybutadiene formed two kinds:expansion and no expansion types utilized special manufacturing technology.It was characterized by a simple of manufacturing technology and device and a very few energy consumption.Although the sealant didn't contain any organic solvent,it had good coating technology.HZD-1 spot welding sealant satisfied the needs of automobile spot welding sealanting.
