摘要
以苄叉丙酮和醛为原料,氢氧化钠水溶液为催化剂,采用两条路线合成了(1E,4E)-1-(4-溴苯基)-5-苯基-1,4-戊二烯-3-酮。考察了物料比、催化剂及其用量、反应温度、溶剂等因素对反应产率的影响。实验结果表明:苄叉丙酮与醛的物料比为1∶1.05,5%NaOH水溶液30 mL为催化剂,15 mL乙醇为溶剂,室温下进行反应。产率分别为84.6%和89.3%。通过熔点、IR和1H NMR确定了产物的结构。
(1E,4E) - 1 - (4 - bromophenyl) - 5 - phenylpenta - 1,4 - dien - 3 - one was synthesized through two methods using benzylideneacetone and aldehyde as starting material, and sodium hydroxide as catalyst. The influence of reaction conditions such as reactant ratio, catalyst ratio, reaction temperature and solvent were investigated. The results indicated that the ratio of benzylideneacetone and aldehyde was 1 : 1.05, 5% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution was 30 mL, alcohol was 15 mL, and the yield was up to 84. 6% and 89.3% , respectively. The structure of title product was determined by melting point, IR spectra and ~H NMR.
