面向煤炭行业的专业会计硕士培养模式研究

Research on the training mode of the master of professional accounting for the coal industry

本文通过对煤炭行业会计硕士人才培养现状与存在问题的分析,发现我国煤炭行业会计硕士人才培养存在断层现象,煤炭行业引进会计硕士困难等问题。结合现阶段我国MPAcc的培养模式,提出了面向煤炭行业的专业会计硕士培养模式,对选择何种培养模式、培养目标、课程教学与学位论文要求等方面进行了框架分析。最后,对面向煤炭行业的专业会计硕士培养模式进行了前景展望。

This paper analyzed the coal industry Master of Accounting Talent Cultivation and analysis of problems and found that China＇s coal industry, Master of Accountancy＇ Training fault phenomenon exists, difficult on the introduction of the Master of Accounting, etc. Combined with the training stage of China MPAcc model, proposed Master of Professional Accounting training mode for the coal industry, analyzed the framework about the selection of what kind of training mode, training objectives, teaching and thesis requirements and other aspects. Finally, prospected on the coal industry Master of Professional Accounting training modes.
