复方氨基酸胶囊对舰艇官兵红细胞免疫功能和自由基的影响

摘要 目的探讨复方氨基酸胶囊对舰艇官兵红细胞免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响。方法将100名舰艇官兵随机分为复方氨基酸胶囊(胶囊)组和安慰剂组,分别给予复方氨基酸胶囊和安慰剂胶囊,在温度28~35℃,湿度72%~81%、正常参加军事作业情况下连续服用14 d,分别在试验的第1和15天采用免疫法检测舰艇官兵红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)和红细胞免疫复合花环率(RBC-ICR)水平,采用ELISA法检测血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)浓度。结果试验第15天,胶囊组官兵红细胞RBC-C3bRR明显高于安慰剂组(P<0.05),而RBC-ICR明显低于安慰剂组(P<0.05)。胶囊组SOD、XOD和GSH-Px均明显高于安慰剂组(P<0.05),而MDA则明显低于安慰剂组(P<0.05)。结论复方氨基酸胶囊不仅能有效提高舰艇官兵机体免疫力,而且能通过有效纠正氧化和抗氧化平衡失调,提高抗氧化损伤的能力。 Objective To investigate the effect of Compound amino acids capsule on RBC immune function and free radical of soldiers from naval vessel. Methods The 100 soldiers from naval vessel were randomly divided into 2 groups: amino acids capsule group and placebo group. Two groups were treated with amino acids capsule and placebo capsule respectively for 14 days under temperature 28-35 ℃ and humidity 72%-81%. RBC- C56 receptor (RBC-C3oRR); RBC immune complex rosette (RBC-ICR) and serum level of SOD, MDA,OXD, GSH-Px were analysed on the first day and 15th clays respectively in two groups. Results On 15th days, RBC-C3bR of capsule group after trial was significantly higher than that of placebo group (P〈0.05). RBC-ICR of capsule group was significantly lower than that of-placebo group (P〈0.05). Serum level of SOD, OXD and GSH-Px was significantly higher than that of placebo group(P〈0.05), while serum level of MDA was significantly lower than that of placebo group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compound amino acids capsule can not only adjust RBC immune function, but also correct unbalance of oxidation and antioxygen caused by moist-heat environment in the naval vessel soldiers.
