摘要
目的:了解2型糖尿病患者(NIDDM)血中升压因子水平及相关离子转运酶的变化,探讨对血压相互影响的机制。方法:采用生物活性测定方法测定了32例2型糖尿病患者和33例健康人血中升压因子活性,用化学法测定Na^+-K^+-ATP酶、ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP酶活性变化。结果:糖尿病组和正常组升压因子阳性率有显著性差异;糖尿病组的升压模式与自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的有所不同;NIDDM患者升压因子阳性组Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性明显高于升压因子阴性组,分别为1.24±0.40和0.85±0.32(P<0.05)。提示:糖尿病患者血中升压因子增加而不产生高血压症状,可能与Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性增高有关。
To find out the level of hypertensive factor (HF) and changes of its correlative ion transport enzymes in patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and to probe into the mechanism of their effects on blood pressure (BP). Methods:The HF activities of 32 patients with NIDDM and 33 healthy controls were measured with a biologically active method,and the activities of Na2+ -K2+ -ATPase and Ca2+ -Mg2+ -ATPase were measured with a chemical method . Results: There was a significant difference in HF positive rate between NIDDM group (56 % ) and control group (30 % ) (P < 0.05). The activity of Na2 + -K2 + -ATPase in patients with positive HF (1.24 ±0.40) were higher than that in patients with negative HF(0.85±.32)(P<0.05). Conclusion: It may be ralated to the increased Na2+ -K2+ -ATPase activity that HF could not induce the rise of BP in diabetic patients.
