在某发动机缸体缸盖铸造项目施工总承包安全管理中,建立了完善的安全管理保证体系,重点抓安全教育和安全技术交底,加强现场巡视与检查、消除安全隐患,在工程进度紧、安装质量要求高、施工环境复杂的条件下,保证了该项目的顺利试生产时间节点。
In safety management of construction contract of engine cylinder block and head casting project, safety management perfect guarantee system has been established. Safety education and safety technical disclosure, site visits and inspection have been emphasized to eliminate the hidden trouble of safety attention. Trial production has successfully started under the conditions of short construction time, good quality installation requested and complex construction environment.
