新疆妇女宫颈癌与高危HPV病毒载量的相关性研究

Study of the relationship between load of high risk type human papilliom a virus in xinjiang women with cervical cancer

目的：探讨高危型HPV病毒载量与新疆妇女宫颈癌的相关性.方法：以因宫颈癌住院进行治疗的200例患者为研究对象,采用杂交捕获2代（HC-Ⅱ）方法定量检测宫颈HPV-DNA的含量（以此表示HPV的病毒载量）,进一步观察HPV载量与宫颈癌的关系.结果：①HPV-DNA在宫颈癌Ⅰa ~Ⅱa期组中检出率为82.7%,Ⅱb~Ⅲb期组中检出率为87.2%,Ⅲb期以上检出率为92.9%,各组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.②HPV-DNA病毒载量（均数）在Ⅰa ~Ⅱa期组中为396.41,Ⅱb~Ⅲb期组中为548.89,Ⅲb期以上为793.31,不同期别的宫颈癌组中HPV DNA病毒载量差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.③根据不同级别的宫颈癌中HPV DNA病毒载量总体分布发现宫颈癌中HPV DNA病毒载量普遍在高载量范围,其中在宫颈癌Ⅰa~Ⅱa期组中有30.7%在500以上,在宫颈癌Ⅱb~Ⅲb期组中有48.7%在500以上,在宫颈癌Ⅲb期以上为82.0%,各组间进行Spearman秩相关分析（r=0.72,P＜0.05）,不同期别的宫颈癌与HPV DNA病毒载量有关.结论：HPV DNA病毒载量与新疆妇女宫颈癌期别高度相关,HC-Ⅱ检测在宫颈癌筛查中有重要意义.

Objective To analyze the relationship between viral load Of high risk type human papillomavirus （HR -HPV）and the Cer- vical Cancer In xin -jiang women. Methods From 2008 to 2012,200 women accepted HR -HP~ Test by HC - I1 ,to annalyze the rela- tionship between HR - HPV and the Cer - Vieal Cancer. Rusults ：The rate of HR - HPV infection was 82.7% in Cervical Cancer I, - Ⅱa, 87.2% in Cervical Cancer Ⅱb - Ⅲ b ,92.9% in above Cervical Cancer .Ⅲb （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;The viral loads of HR - HPV DNA were 396. 41 in I, - Ⅱa ,548.89 in Ⅱb - Ⅲb ;793. 31 in above Ⅲb（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The viral loads of HR - HPV DNA have correlation with the grade of eervial Cancer , HR - HPV test has important signfieance in the cervical cancer screen.
