摘要 针对福州闽侯西部地区的HSI高光谱数据,进行影像条纹噪声去除,并基于MODTRAN辐射传输模型对HSI数据进行大气校正得到地表真实反射率.通过大气校正前后的3类典型地物的反射率的对比,大气校正前后的植被反射率和光谱库中标准反射率的对比,证明了FLAASH模型对HSI数据进行大气校正的有效性. To deal with the HSI image of the western region of Minhou County in Fuzhou and to obtain the real land surface radiation information, it introduced the entire procedure for data pre- processing in details, including the stripe noise elimination and atmospheric correction based on MODTRAN radiation transfer model. On one hand, the spectral curves of three typical surface fea- tures before and after atmospheric correction were compared, on the other hand, it compared the spectral curves of vegetation reflectance before and after atmospheric correction with the standard re- flectance in spectral libraries. The result indicated the validity of carrying out atmospheric correction of the HSI imagery data with FLAASH model.
