摘要
本文对人体膝关节在单双髁负荷下 ,胫骨平台的多种生物材料组成复合结构的近端部位 ,进行有限元的数值分析 ,计算的应力分布和量值 ,可供膝关节外科临床医学和新型人工膝关节的研究参考。
The numerical analysis of FEM on the composite structures of human tibia platform(containing different characteristic biomaterials) in unilateral and biolateral loads were made. The calculated results were valuable to surgery of knee joint and device of new type of artificial knee joint.
