摘要
本文通过对汽车仪表盘三合一控制器支架合件现有成型方法缺陷的分析,进而提出一种更为合理的模具设计法案,已解决现有产转角处裂纹、毛刺较大、零件整体质量差及废品率高等一线问题。为同类产品设计提供一个参考。
A better mould design proposal is put forward further by analyzing current drawbacks of the moulding method for the support conjunction of the three-in-one controller on auto instrument panel, which has solved a line of problems such as corner crack, big burr and bad whole quality and high defective rate and so on.
