摘要
文中介绍以Arduino平台实现的静压液位测量与控制系统,对系统硬件组成、软件设计进行了详细描述。系统采用MPXM2010压力传感器、高精度Σ-Δ模数转换器MAX11206以及开源Arduino控制板实现了高精度数据采集及控制系统,具有性价比高、稳定性好、精度高、功耗低、扩展性强等优点,可适用于医疗、工业及实验室的液位测量与控制,也可作其他高精度压力数据采集系统研发参考。
This paper introduced one water level measurement system based on Arduino platform.The system hardware and software design were described in detail.It used MPXM2010 pressure sensor,high precision Σ-Δ ADC MAX11206 and open-source Arduino control board to achieve one high-precision data acquisition and control system with characteristics of cost-effective,good stability,high accuracy,low power consumption and scalability.It can be used in medical,industrial and laboratory for liquid position measurement and controlling,or be taken as reference for other applicable data acquisition system.
