摘要 先前学习评价(PLAR)是对高等教育的入学申请者入学之前的学习、工作、生活经验等的综合评价,并转换成现实学分的一项终身学习促进制度[1]。比较了内蒙古农村党员干部现代远程教育与教育部"一村一名大学生计划"现代远程教育教学框架的基础上,提出了非学历教育和学历教育学习成果转换的思路和建议,为学分银行制度建立提供依据。 The Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition(PLAR) is a lifelong learning promoting system which comprehensively evaluates higher education applicants ' previous learning , working and living experience and transforms it into real credits. The thesis puts forward thoughts and pro- posals on the learning achievement transformation of informal and formal schooling on the foundations of the comparison of the teaching framework between the Inner Mongolian rural party members and cadres' modern distance education and Ministry of Education' s "plan of one village, one college student", and provides a basis for the establishment of credit bank system.
