摘要
以N-甲基二烯丙基胺和环氧氯丙烷为原料,合成了反应性单体3-氯-2-羟丙基甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(CHMDAAC),将其与二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)进行自由基共聚得P(DMDAAC-CHMDAAC),用于活性染料固色.优化了CHMDAAC的合成工艺,测定了P(DMDAAC-CHMDAAC)活性染料固色应用性能.结果表明:合成CHMDAAC的优化工艺条件为n(N-甲基二烯丙基胺)∶n(环氧氯丙烷)=1.05∶1,反应温度40℃,反应时间6 h,产率可达86.2%.红外分析表明合成产物为CHMDAAC.P(DMDAAC-CHMDAAC)对棉织物具有较好的固色性能,整理棉织物的色牢度较好,干摩擦牢度可达5级,湿摩擦牢度可达3~4级,防沾色和耐皂洗色牢度都可达4~5级,同时色光变化小.
Reactive monomer 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl methyldiallylammonium chloride was synthe sized using methyldiallylamine and epichlorohydrin as the raw materials, which was further used to prepare P(DMDAAC-CHMDAAC) with dimethyt diallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) through radical copolymerization. The P(DMDAAC-CHMDAAC) was applied to the reactive dye fixation. The synthesis process conditions of CHMDAAC were optimized, and the reactive dye fixing performance of P(DMDAAC-CHMDAAC) was deter mined. The results showed that the optimal synthesis conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of methyldial- lylamine to epichlorohydrin was 1.05: 1, the reaction temperature was 40 ℃, the reaction time was 6 h. Under the conditions, the yield of product was 86.2%. The synthetic product was characterized by Infrared analysis. P(DMDAAC-CHMDAAC) had good fixation property on cotton fabric, and the reactive dyed cotton fabric after treatment had fairly good color fastness with 5 level to dry rubbing, 3-4 level to wet rubbing, 4-5 level to an- ti-staining and soaping, along with nearly unchanged color shade of fabric.
