Comparative study on the classification methods to the American TOD blocks

"公共交通引导城市发展"街区类型的研究是其效果评价研究中的基础与核心内容。通过对美国近十几年来"公共交通引导城市发展"街区类型分类方法的梳理,重点选择具有代表性的五种分类方法进行比较研究,归纳其特征和分类原则,借鉴其多维观察视角(环境、社会、经济)与分类原则,进一步完善我国"公共交通引导城市发展"成效评价框架,以期对我国城市"公共交通引导城市发展"的决策、规划、建设有所启示。

For building the evaluation framework of TOD effect further, five representative typology classification methods of the United States＇ TOD in the past decades are se- lected in a comparative study and their characteristics and classi- fication principles are summarized. The researchers of USA have built up a multi - dimensional perspective on environment, soci- ety and economy, which will help us to improve the effectiveness evaluation of TOD.
