摘要
针对直流注入交流系统会引起变压器的直流偏磁,使变压器铁芯饱和趋于严重、漏磁增加、谐波含量增加、励磁电流畸变的问题,提出一种在Zigzag变压器的中性点注入直流,有效应对因直流引起的磁饱和问题。构建Ansoft Maxwell环境下的仿真模型,对变压器的磁力线、磁场强度、磁链曲线交链、电压电流波形进行有限元分析,实验结果表明注入直流电流后主磁力线变化并不大,漏磁力线减少。
Aiming at the problem that the DC injection into altemating current system (AC system) would cause the DC bias of the main transformer, make saturation of the transformer core more serious, increase the magnetic flux leakage, increase the harmonic content, and distort the exciting current, the DC injection in neutral point of the zigzag transformer which can solve the magnetic saturation caused by the DC effectively was put forward. A simulation model under the environment of Ansoft Maxwell was constructed and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on the transformer's magnetic field hnes, magnetic field intensity, magnetization curves linkage, and waveforms of voltage and current were utilized. The experimental result shows that with the DC injection there is no big change of the main magnetic line of force while the magnetic flux leakage lines of force has reduced.
