摘要
为了提高核燃料棒的抽取效率、减小核辐射对操作人员的伤害,提出了一种新的主从式结构的核反应堆送料系统。上位机监控软件与PLC通信,远程控制拉棒机拉杆及升降台的运动。重点研究了基于Modbus协议的上位机监控软件的设计及如何通过串口实现监控软件与PLC之间的通信。车间试用表明,该监控软件能够很好地控制PLC并与其进行通信,拉棒机拉杆及升降台的定位精度亦达到要求。
The master-slave structured nuclear feeding system could increase the extract efficiency of nuclear reactor fuel rod and decrease damage of nuclear radiation.The monitoring software communicate with PLC,controlling horizontal stick and lift- ing table remotely.The design of monitoring software based on Modbus protocol and the method of communication between the software and PLC via serial port are laid special stress.
