摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法测定小儿解表口服液中绿原酸的含量。采用ODS柱 ,甲醇 -1 %醋酸 (2 5:75)为流动相 ,检测波长为 3 2 8nm ,样品以甲醇为溶媒经超声波提取 ,线性范围为 0 .2 3 2～ 1 .1 6μg ,相关系数为 0 .9994 ,平均回收率为 98.4 4% ,相对标准偏差为 1 .79%。结果显示 ,本法简便、快速、重现性好。
The content of chlorogenic acid in Xiaoer Jiebiao Oral Liquid was determined by HPLC.ODS column was applied.Mobile phase was methanol_1% acetic acid(25∶75),wavelength of detector was 328nm.Samples were extracted with methanol on ultrasonic vibrator.In this method,the linera range of chlorogenic acid is 0.232 ～ 1.16 μg,the correlation coefficient is 0.9994 ,and the mean recovery is 98.44%. The results showed that this method is simple,quick and reproduciple.
