摘要
目的探讨除风益损汤在白内障小切口非超声乳化人工晶体植入术后的应用。方法选择白内障患者72例(72眼),采用随机数字表将纳入的白内障患者分成两组(观察组和对照组)。两组患者均行白内障小切口非超声乳化人工晶体植入术。观察组患者在此基础上予以除风益损汤加减口服。观察两组患者治疗7 d后前房纤维蛋白渗出情况,并随访观察治疗6个月后后囊浑浊的发生率。结果术后5 d,观察组患者术后前房纤维蛋白渗出的发生率明显低于对照组(χ2=12.22,P<0.01)。随访6个月,观察组术后后发障的发生率明显低于对照组(χ2=4.18,P<0.05)。结论除风益损汤应用于白内障小切口非超声乳化人工晶体植入术后具有较好疗效,对术后前房炎症反应具有明显减轻作用,能减少后发障的发生率。
Objective To discuss postoperative application of Relieving Rheumatism and Increasing Deficiency Soup on small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Methods 72 cases (72 eyes) of cataract patients were selected and divided into two groups (experimental group and control group) at random. The patients in two groups were given small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation operation, while the patients in observation group were given Relieving Rheumatism and Increasing Deficiency Soup orally additionally. The anterior chamber fibrin exudation after 7 days" medical treatment of patients in two groups were observed, and the occur- rence rates of posterior capsular opacification after 6 months" medical treatment were followed up. Results After 5 days upon operation. The occurrence rate of postoperative anterior chamber fibrin exudation of patients in observation group was much lower than that in control group (~=12.22, P 〈 0.01). The occurrence rate of postoperative after-cataract in experimental group was much lower than that in control group after 6 months' following up (X^2=4.18, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Relieving Rheumatism and Increasing Deficiency Soup has reliable curative effect on postoperative application of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation, which can reduce the postoperative anterior inflam-matory reaction and the occurrence rate of after-cataract.
