中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎91例

The treatment of bile reflux gastritis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in 91 cases

目的探讨中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果。方法以本院2011年10月～2012年11月收治的91例胆汁反流性胃炎患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组46例、对照组45例。对照组采用多潘立酮及铝碳酸镁治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上，辅加解郁和胃汤进行治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果对照组：痊愈12例，显效14例，有效9例。无效10例，总有效率为77．78％；观察组：痊愈18例，显效21例，有效5例，无效2例，总有效率为95．65％，观察组的总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗肝胃不和型胆汁反流性胃炎，疗效显著。值得临床广为推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating bile reflux gastritis. Methods 91 patients with bile reflux gastritis in our hospital from October 2011 to November 2012 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the observation group （n=46） and the control group （n=45）.The control group wastreated with domperidone and aluminum carbonic acid magnesium,the observation group was treated with Relieving depression and harmonizing stomach decoction based on the treatment of the control group,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results In the control group,12 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 77.78%.;in the observation group,18 cases were cured,21 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 95.65%,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating bile reflux gastritis is significant,and it is worthy of clinical application.
