摘要
目的开展氯酸钠氧烛的试验研究,为空间站提供理想的备份氧源。方法采用氯酸钠作为产氧物质,设计了氧烛试验件的结构,研制了氧烛专用启动药,用称重法测试了氧烛供氧性能。结果自制氧烛试验件产氧的时间流量达标、供氧稳定,氧含量为99.8%,杂质气体含量得到有效控制,氧气质量符合人体使用要求。结论自制氧烛试验件所产供氧性能、气体成分能够满足空间站应急供氧的技术要求,氯酸钠氧烛可作为我国空间站的备份氧源。
Objective To study the sodium chlorate oxygen candle so as to provide a pe^ect backup oxygen lor the Space Station. Methods The sodium chlorate was selected as the oxygen source. The structure of oxygen candle was designed and the startup power for the oxygen candle was developed. The performance of oxygen candle was measured with weighing method. Results The duration and flow rate of oxygen generated by the test oxygen candle met the standards. The oxygen supply was stable and the concentration of oxygen was 99.8%. The content of foreign gases was effectively controlled and the oxygen quality met human requirements. Con- clusion The oxygen supply capability and the gas composition of the test oxygen candle can satisfy the demands of emergency oxygen supply in space station. The sodium chlorate oxygen candle can be used as backup oxy gen in space station of China.
