羧甲基纤维素钠接枝AA/AM/SSS高吸水树脂的制备 被引量:10

摘要 以羧甲基纤维素钠为接枝底物,丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)和对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)为接枝单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用溶液聚合法制备出羧甲基纤维素钠/AM-AA-SSS共聚物。结果表明,聚合最佳条件为:CMC用量1.44g,AA用量8g,AM用量8g,SSS用量4g,引发剂用量0.16g,交联剂用量0.008g,反应温度70℃。在此条件下,试样的吸蒸馏水倍率为980g·g-1,吸盐水倍率为103g·g-1。 The carboxymethylcellulose(CMC) was used as raw materials, acrylamide(AM)/acrylic acid (AA)/sodi- um p-styrene sulfonate(SSS)polymer was synthesized by solution polymerization with AM, AA and SSS as monomers, po- tassium peroxydisulfate(KPS) as initiator, N, N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide(NMBA) as crosslinker agent. The optimum syn- thetic conditions were that the amount of carboxymethylcellulose, AA, AM, SSS, initiator and crosslinking agent was 1. 44g, 8g, 8g,4g, 0. 16g and 0. 008g, respectively, and reaction temperature was 70℃. Under these conditions, the water ab- sorption rate of the polymer was 980g/g, and the salt water absorption rate was 103g/g.
