2013年上半年,广东水稻产业基本保持了较为稳定的形势,早稻播种面积有所下降,单产基本稳定,在成本继续攀升的情况下,早稻种植户收益依然有所提升。受市场供求偏紧影响,早稻价格出现了较为明显的波动过程。受"镉大米"事件和低价进口大米的冲击,稻米加工业遭遇"寒冬",今后需要采取的措施包括:继续加大支农、惠农力度,切实保护农民的种粮积极性;切实加强行业规范与监督管控,防止质量安全问题;建立流通环节的分类指导与差别定价政策。

In the first half of 2013, the rice industry of Guangdong remained a relatively stable situation. The sown acreage of early season rice decreasd, and the yield per unit area remained steady. Under the situation of rising costs, the farmers＇ interests of the early season rice still increased. Prices of early season rice fluctuated significantly under the impact of the market supply and demand deposits. Because of the ＂cadmium rice＂ incident and cheap importing rice, the rice processing industry suffered a bad situation. Measures need to be taken in the future include improving support for agriculture, effectively motivating farmers＇ enthusiasm for growing grain, strengthening the regulatory and supervisory control of the industry, preventing the problems of quality and security, and establishing circulation classification guidance and differential pricing policies.
