摘要
为了解决贵州赤水地区官渡构造钻探中超高压气层或盐水层固井的技术难题,实现超高密度水泥浆固井,必须采取使用密度较高的加重材料进行加重。常规的一些加重方法,如减少水灰比、配盐水溶液等已经不能满足所要加重密度的需要。通过颗粒级配、紧密堆积理论、外加剂选择,设计开发了密度为2.60~3.00g/cm^3系列的高性能超高密度水泥浆体系,在官深1井的尾管固井中,水泥浆入井平均密度为2.75g/cm^3,最高密度为2.82g/cm^3,声幅测井显示固井质量合格,成功封隔超高压盐水层。
In order to solve the technical problem of cementing in drilling super high-pressure gas layers or saltwater layers of Guandu Structure of Chishui Region in Guizhou Province for obtaining ultra-high density slurry,higher density materials were used for weighting.The conventional weighting methods,such as reducing water-cement ratio,mixing brine solution could not meet the needs of weighted slurry density.According to the theory of particle graduation and close accumulation and additive selection,a series of high-performance and ultra-high density slurry system with the density of 2.60~3.00g/cm3 was designed and developed.In the liner cementing of well Guanshen 1,the slurry with a density of 2.80g/cm3 is used to successfully seal the super high-pressure saltwater layer:the average density of the slurry in the well is 2.78g/cm3 and the maximum density is 2.82g/cm3,amplitude logging shows that the cementing quality is good.
