玻璃离子水门汀修复髓室底穿孔的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨光固化玻璃离子水门汀修复髓室底穿孔的临床效果。方法 应用光固化玻璃离子水门汀修复髓室底穿孔 ,然后按常规进行牙髓病治疗 ,共 38例 38颗患牙。结果 治疗完毕后X线片显示有 2颗治疗牙超填 ,占 5 .2 6 % ;所有治疗牙随访观察 1.5 - 2年 ,其中 36颗治疗牙成功 ,2颗治疗牙失败 ,成功率为 94.74% ,2颗失败牙均系超填患牙。结论 光固化玻璃离子修复髓室底穿孔是可行的 ,是修复髓室底穿孔一种较好的材料。 Objective To investigate clinical effect of repairing perforations of pulp floor with light-cured glass ionomer cement. Methods 38 perforations of pulp floor in maxillary molars were repaired with light-cured glass ionomer cement, and repaired teeth were treated for endodontics according to traditional method. Results X-ray showed that 2 treated teeth were found over filling after finishing treatment. All treated patients were followed up for 1.5-2 years,and the results showed that 36 treated teeth were considered to be successful and 2 treated teeth were failed.The successful rate was 94. 74%. Conclusion It is feasible that light-cured glass ionomer cement can repair perforations of pulp floor in maxillary molars,and it is considered to be a better repairing material for perforations of pulp floor.
