摘要
"塑造舞蹈家,而不是舞蹈的匠人",这是中国当代舞蹈艺术家、教育家吴晓邦先生对中国舞蹈教育寄予的深切愿望。注重艺术实践教育,偏向表演技能与经验的获得,相对忽视文化理论、艺术素质与创造力的培养,这是现下普遍的舞蹈专业教育。一个学生能够获得与舞台表演相关的各种技能,却相对缺乏辨析与审美能力,尤其缺乏对艺术作品的创造与把握能力。今天,从吴晓邦的教育观中重提"舞蹈家"这个概念,目的在于审视当前舞蹈专业教育中存在的问题,认识到舞蹈教育应该是一种综合的艺术文化教育。"舞蹈家"不单是一种社会身份,更应该成为一项教学指标,在这种教育中,语言的训练、审美的塑造以及创造能力的培养是同步的。
"It's important to develop dance artist rather than a craftsman" said contemporary Chinese dancer and educator Wu Xiao-bang while talking about the major role of dance education in China. Nowadays, professional dance education is emphasizing artistic practice like performing techniques and experiences and relatively ignoring study of cultural theories and development of artistic qualities. It's not unusual that a dance student who is equipped with various skills related to stage performance falls relatively short of critical thinking and aesthetic competence, especially in terms of artistic creation and appreeiation. The renewed educational conception of "developing dance artist" by Mr. Wu is aimed to analyze the problems in contemporary professional dance education and gear dance education towards comprehensive education of art and culture. Dance artist should become not merely a social identity but teaching target. In such kind of education, language training, aesthetic cultivation as well as creative ability should be developed simuhaneously.
