摘要
乳腺癌是女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,前哨淋巴结(sentinellymph node,SLN)是肿瘤转移的第一站,通过前哨淋巴结的转移状态可以判断患者是否需要进行腋窝淋巴结清扫(axilary lymph nodesdissection,ALND)。本研究采用环介导等温扩增(LAMP?)技术在术中对前哨淋巴结进行快速检测,通过分析细胞角蛋白(CK19)基因、泌乳素诱导蛋白(PIP)基因和胆色素原脱氨酶(PBGD)基因的存在与否,来判断前哨淋巴结是否发生转移,与GeneSearch法判断的结果一致,LAMP?方法具有快速、简便、准确等优点,具有巨大的发展潜力。
For females, breast cancer is the ifrst leading cancer typefor estimated new cases, ,Sentinel lymph node (SLN) refers to the lymph nodes which the carcinoma cells initial y reached. The necessity of axil ary lymph nodes dissection could be determined by the metastaticstatus of SLN.In this study, wedetectedthe metastatic status of SLNbymethod of loop-mediated isothermal ampliifcation (LAMPR),which analyzed the expression of cytokeratin 19 (CK19) prolactin-inducible protein (PIP)andporphobilinogendeaminase (PBGD) , Our method possessing the merits ofrapid, simple and it’saccuratewas validated by GeneSearchassay., showing a great potential for development.
