摘要
正弦波纹腹板工字型截面构件是一种具有良好的刚度、强度、稳定性的新型构件。文章采用虚功法原理计算正弦波纹腹板工字型截面梁的挠度,给出了正弦波纹腹板工字型截面梁在两端简支和两端固支情况下在跨中集中力和均布荷载作用下的梁的挠度计算公式;采用有限元方法分析了正弦波纹腹板工字型截面梁在荷载作用下的位移,并和文章推导的挠度计算公式进行了对比。结果表明:正弦波纹腹板工字型截面梁在计算挠度时需注意剪应变引起的梁的变形;同时,理论公式计算值和有限元计算数值解吻合较好。
Ⅰ-beams with sinusoidal corrugated webs is a new type of component with good stiffness,strength and stability.In this paper,virtual work method was adopted to calculate the deflection of Ⅰ-beams with sinusoidal corrugated webs,and deflection formulas were given when this beam was under the condition of simply supported and clamped supported,with the action of concentrated force and uniformly distributed load respectively.The finite-element simulation method was adopted to simulate the deflection of this beam under different kinds of loads.The comparison with the deflection calculated by formula derived in this paper demonstrates that the deflection caused by the shear strain cannot be ignored and that the theoretical calculating value accords with the finite element calculation well so that it can provide a certain theoretical basis for the engineering practice.
