30例细胞因子诱导杀伤细胞多疗程免疫治疗老年肺癌患者的护理

Nursing care for 30 cases of elderly lung cancer patients treated by multi-course of cytokine-induced killer

目的总结30例老年肺癌患者行细胞因子诱导杀伤（CIK）细胞联合白细胞介素-2（IL-2）多疗程免疫治疗的护理经验。方法治疗前加强心理护理并做好护理评估，治疗中注重细节护理，治疗后严密观察不良反应并做好健康教育。结果通过有效的护理措施减少了不良反应的发生．30例老年肺癌患者经过CIK细胞联合IL-2的4-6个疗程免疫治疗后，自感食欲改善、活动耐力增强、睡眠改善、免疫功能较前均有不同程度的增强。结论CIK细胞免疫治疗解决了制约肿瘤治疗进展的瓶颈，避开了手术、放疗、化疗的弊端，既可以增强机体免疫能力，又可针对局部进行治疗。老年肺癌患者经过CIK细胞联合IL-2的4～6个疗程免疫治疗期间规范与细化护理措施，特别是加强患者的心理护理，使其充分了解整个治疗过程，有效防止不良因素的干扰，确保整个治疗过程顺利完成，有效提高肿瘤患者的生存期，提高治疗效果，使患者对肺癌的治疗充满信心，为整个多疗程CIK细胞治疗的顺利完成提供了保障。

Objective To summarize the experiences of nursing care for 30 elderly non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） patients treated by multi-course of immune therapy of cytokine-induced killer （CIK） combined with interleukin-2 （IL-2）. Methods We enhanced psychological nursing and nursing evaluation before treatment, payed attention to the detail of nursing during treatment, carefully observed the adverse reaction and then gave proper health education to the patients after treatment. Results By means of our nursing interventions development of adverse reaction were reduced. All the 30 patients＇ appetite and the quality of sleep were improved,and their exercise tolerance was elevated remarkable after 4 - 6 cycles of immune therapy. The patients＇ immunity was enhanced after treatment. Conclusion CIK immune therapy resolve bottle-neck in treatment of advanced NSCLC. It provided an ahemative non-invasive choice in addition to surgery,chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Immune therapy not only controls the tumor, but also could be applied locally. Over 4 - 6 course of CIK therapy we administered nursing interventions, such as the patients＇ psychological nursing,nursing evaluation and health education. Nursing interventions help the patients to understand the whole process of immune therapy. Those nursing methods contributed to successfully fulfill the therapy and reduced adverse effects. The patients were more confident during the process of therapy.
