摘要
针对如何提高变换器增益的同时,使变换器具有更好的工作性能,提出一种交错并联高增益软开关Boost变换器,详细分析其工作原理,在此基础上对其电压增益进行推导,讨论其软开关工作条件,特别分析考虑电路寄生参数影响时变换器的工作情况。发现该变换器具有如下特点:1)通过合理设计电路参数即可实现高升压变换;2)采用两相交错并联技术,使得输入电流及输出电压纹波频率变为开关频率的2倍;3)所有的开关和二极管都实现了软开关,减小了电路损耗。搭建了一台40 W实验样机,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
In order to improve the voltage gain and achieve good performance of the Boost converter, an interleaved high step-up soft switching Boost converter is proposed. According to a detailed analysis of the proposed converter, the step-up ratio was deduced. The soft-switching conditions of this converter, espe- cially, the effects generated from the parasitic parameters were discussed. The proposed converter has the following characteristics: firstly, the high step-up ratio can be achieved by properly choosing the operat- ing parameters; secondly, as a result of the two-phase interleaved technology being adopted, the ripple frequency of the input current and output voltage is two times as the switching frequency; finally, all the active switches and diodes of the converter achieve soft switching and thereby reducing the circuit losses. A test prototype rated 40W was built, and the experimental results were given to verify the validity of the theory analysis.
