胃癌患者血清斯钙素-2基因的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨斯钙素(STC-2)在胃癌血清中的表达水平及其临床意义.方法 收集2007年7月~2010年7月溧阳市人民医院75例胃癌患者术前术后血清标本及40例胃良性疾病血清标本,ELISA检测STC-2蛋白水平.结果 胃癌患者术前血清STC-2平均水平为(1694.4±566.16)ng/L,同期良性对照血清STC-2蛋白水平为(691.75±318.48)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.001).ROC曲线下面积(A UC)为0.945(95%CI:0.908~0.982,P< 0.001).术后7~10 d,胃癌患者血清STC-2水平较术前下降[(1126.0±419.43)ng/L],差异有统计学意义(P< 0.001).结论 胃癌血清STC-2检测可能成为肿瘤早期诊断和预后判断的潜在分子标记. Objective To explore the expression of stanniocalcin-2 (STC-2) protein in serum of gastric cancer (GC) patients and its clinical significance.Methods STC-2 protein expression was determined by ELISA in serum of 75 GC patients pre-operation and post-operation,and in serum of 40 patients.with benign gastric disease.Samples were collected from July 2007 to July 2010 in People's Hospital of Liyang City.Results The level.of serum STC-2 in GC patients pre-operation was (1694.4±566.16) ng/L,which was much higher than that in patients with benign gastric disease (691.75±318.48) ng/L,the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.001),and area under the curve (A UC) was 0.945 (95%CI:0.908-0.982,P 〈 0.001).The serum STC-2 level was significantly decreased at postoperative 7-10 days (1126.0±419.43) ng/L,compared with preoperative level,the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.001).Conclusion Serum STC-2 level may be a potential biomarker for early diagnosis and prognosis assessment of GC.
