摘要
基于单级LED路灯照明驱动器的系统分为恒压和恒流电路两部分,恒压部分由Buck-Boost与Flyback电路通过共用开关管的形式得到,由于其将两级集成为一级,降低了系统的成本,提高了可靠性以及效率;恒流部分采用基于峰值电流控制模式的PWM控制方式,此处采用Boost升压结构,减少了LED列数,提高了系统效率。本文详细分析了系统的工作状态,给出所提系统的理论分析以及设计过程,同时进行相应的仿真分析。所制作的100W实验样机表明,所提恒压电路可实现功率因数校正作用且其功率因数高达0.99,效率在满载时大于80%。
A novel single-stage LED driver for street lighting is proposed. The system consists of a constant current circuit and a constant voltage circuit, and the constant voltage circuit is obtained by integrating a Buck-Boost circuit and a Flyback circuit. Because the components of the system are reduced by integrating, the cost decreases, and the reliability and efficiency of the system are improved, and the peak current control mode is adopted in the constant current circuit which is a Boost circuit and works in PWM mode. Since the Boost topology is seleeted, the LED rings can be reduced which increases the efficiency of the system. The theoretical analysis and design procedures of the proposed lighting system are proposed and discussed in detail here. Simulation and experimental studies with 100W prototype are done to prove the analysis. In the experiment, the power factor of the system is as high as 0.99, and the efficiency is higher than 80% in full load.
