摘要
:目的 :研究黄芩茎叶总黄酮 (TF)对脑组织缺氧的保护作用。方法 :小鼠脑缺氧模型采用断头制备。过氧化脂质 (LPO)采用改良 TBA法测定 ,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- PX)活力采用化学比色法测定。结果 :黄芩茎叶总黄酮 2 0 0、40 0、80 0 mg.kg-1显著延长小鼠断头后喘息持续时间 ,降低脑组织 LPO含量 ,提高GSH- PX活力 ,且呈一定的量效关系。结论 :黄芩茎叶总黄酮对脑组织缺氧有显著保护作用 ,其作用可能与抑制膜脂质过氧化物的含量和提高 GSH- PX活力有关。
Objective:To study the protection of TF against brain anoxia.Methods:Mice were given different dosage by way of ig for there weeks,Three weeks later,we made model of brain anoxia of mice and determined the glutahion proxidase(GSH PX)activity and the lipid peroxide(LPO) content in the brain homogenates.Results:Compared with the contral group,TF markedly prolonged the breathing time after mice being headed,increased the activity of GSH PX and decreased the LPO content in the brain homogenates.Conclusion:the protection of TF against train anoxia is related to increasing activity of GSH PX and decreasing content of LPO.
