In view of the actual demand of high standards, big guarantee difficulty, political task and difficult treatment of current international peacekeeping medical team training, with the idea of information system engineering, the technical method of training management and evaluation system is constructed. Training management quality of international peacekeeping medical team is analyzed, in order to improve the training level and task guarantee ability of international peacekeeping medical team.
