用二种ELISA法进行烟草花叶病快速诊断试剂盒的研究

Study on the fast diagnosis kit for tobacco mosaic virus with two kinds of ELISA

以改良的间接ELISA和DotELISA为基础,研制了烟草花叶病毒(TMV)快速诊断试剂盒,其中抗体最佳工作浓度为1∶5000.通过模拟田间试验条件进行检测,并与电子显微技术相互印证,经过对云南省峨山?江川等县样品的测定,结果表明试剂盒具有敏感?特异?快捷3个特点,准确率分别为100%(间接ELISA)和98.7%(DotELISA).

Based on the modified indirectELISA and DotELISA, a fastdiagnosis kit for Tocacco Mosaic Virus(TMV) is developed with a best antibody working concentration of 1∶5000. And through imitating field testing condition, verifying by electromicroscope and inspecting the samples collected from Eshan and Jiangchuan of Yunnan Province, this kit is proved to be sensitive, specific, fast and with an accuracy of 100% (indirectELISA) and 98.7%(DotELISA) respectively.
