摘要
固态配电技术以固态电子开关为基础,应用于高电压、大功率、长寿命空间飞行器,可克服传统"继电器+熔断器"配电体系所面临的诸多技术难题。详细介绍了固态配电技术的优势和特点,并针对3种类型固态电子开关分别介绍了其特性和适用领域。在此基础上,通过搭建固态配电原型系统对系统应用中过流保护、带载特性等关键问题进行实验验证。
Solid-state power distribution technology is applicable to spacecraft which has high voltage, high power, high reliability and long life requirement.Compared to traditional power distribution technology based on relay and fuse, solid-state power distribution technology, which is based on solid-state electronic switch has many advantages. This paper firstly presents the basic technology and technical advantages of solid-state power distribution and three kinds of solid-state electronic switches and fields of their application are given.Then, solid-state power distribution prototype system is built and some key problems like short-cireuit protection, capacitive and inductive loads charac- teristic are presented and theirs solutions are given through test.
