知识经济时代,高校图书馆工作人员承担着多重角色:学校形象的代言者、阅读环境的建设者、人际交流的沟通者、文明秩序的管理者和与时俱进的服务者。提出了提高角色素养的多种途径:通过内外兼修以体现知性美、通过岗位深造以提升专业素质、强化管理和服务意识、鼓励竞争并完善岗位激励体系。

In the era of knowledge economy, library staff plays multiple role： the advocator of school image, the constructor of reading environment, the communicator of the interpersonal communication, the manager of civilized order, and the server keeping pace with the times. This paper puts forward various paths for improving the role literacy： reflecting the intellectualism through internally and externally cultivating, improving the professional literacy through further study in jobs, strengthening the consciousness of management and service, and encouraging the competition and improving the post incentive system.
