摘要
本文在0.18umCMOS工艺下研究了一种高分辨率的双斜率式积分A/D转换器。通过理论分析和实验仿真,构造了一个分辨率达16位、精度达0.5%的A/D转换电路。这个A/D转换电路在1MHz时钟频率下的转换周期为109ms。给出了电路仿真结果,并分析了这种电路结构的可行性及优缺点。
In this paper, a high resolution dual-slope integrating analog-to-digital converter was researched by using the tech- nology of 0.18urn COMS. By means of the theoretical analysis and experimental simulation, a 16-bit A/D conversion circuit with the accuracy of 0.5% was constructed. The conversion cycle of this A/D conversion circuit is 109ms in the clock frequency of 1 MHz. The simulation results of the A/D converter were given and analyzed to demonstrate its feasibility, merits and demerits.
