摘要
针对目前位置报告系统存在覆盖范围有限以及"城市峡谷"和"南山效应"等不足,提出了基于"北斗二号"倾斜地球同步轨道卫星的位置报告系统。通过广义卫星无线电测定业务,充分利用现有各卫星导航系统的卫星资源,来构建位置报告系统。仿真分析结果表明,与传统位置报告系统相比,该系统拓展了覆盖范围、改善了星座构型、提高了安全保密性能并克服了高仰角情况下的"城市峡谷"和"南山效应",能够较好地满足当前军民用户对位置报告的迫切需求。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the current position report systems, including limited coverage area, urban can yon and south mountain effect, the position report system based on BDS IGSO satellites is proposed. It can utilize all satellites of the GNSS by CRDSS. The results of simulation and analysis certify that the system can enlarge the coverage area, enhance the security, improve the constellation construction and diminish the urban canyon and south mountain effect in high elevation condition comparing with the conditional position report systems. It can meet the requirements of military and civilian position report.
